If this sounds like the plot of a rom-com… it kind of is!Jess and Colt’s story technically started years before they ever met. Jess owns an electrical company, and Colt’s parents own a plumbing company, so their worlds were already orbiting each other through family and business—like two characters in a movie who haven’t had their big scene yet.The real story begins after Jess hosted a successful event raising money for scholarships. As a congratulations gift, Colt’s mom gifted her a salon service with her daughter (because who doesn’t love a little pampering with a side of fate?).After spending the afternoon together, Colt’s sister decided she had one more thing to offer—an introduction to her brother. And from the very first conversation, Jess and Colt hit it off instantly. No slow burn, no confusion… just one of those “well, that was easy” kind of connections!Things moved quickly from there—in the best way. Colt soon made the move to Port Charlotte, they started building a life together, and everything just… clicked.Now, they’re getting married in Arcadia, Florida, under the oak trees and big open sky, surrounded by the same kind of love and connection that brought them together in the first place.Proof that sometimes, all it takes is a great event, a salon appointment, and a family who knows exactly what they’re doing!

Where to Stay

There are a lot of hotel options in our area (Port Charlotte). You may want to consider an Air BNB in Port Charlotte or Arcadia. Punta Gorda and North Port are also options that are relatively close especially with a vehicle. If you want to be a little bit boujee we have the new Sunseeker Resort on Charlotte Harbor.
